We are open Monday through Friday. We have recently extended our office hours for your convenience, and are open until 5:00 PM five days weekly.
We accept most types of insurances (feel free to call 870-234-5995 and ask if we are accepting your insurance at that time). As a service to you, we will file your insurance claim for you.
We do not file on any MVA's - Motor Vehicle Accident - we ask the patient to pay for the visit up front and we will gladly provide you with the paperwork to turn into your car insurance company for possible reimbursment.
We will be happy to care for you. We have convenient and affordable cash pay options. We will work with you to see that you get the health care you need.
Please call us to get this issue resolved at your earliest convenience. Our billing staff will be happy to discuss questions with you. The billing process for insurance companies is very complex. If there is a mistake on our part, we will make it right. If you have questions about your benefits, we can help you understand them or give you contact information about whom you can call at your insurance company.
